Bolu Doner Kebab, Turkey's rich, authentic flavors blend with the energy of Miami Beach. Located at 1261 Washington Avenue, we proudly serve Turkish-German style Doner Kebab, made with love and the finest Halal-certified meats.

As Cuban immigrants in the late 1990’s we had the wondrous opportunity of developing a project alongside a Turkish family, who much like ourselves, left their native homes in search of a better future. This project was none other than the creation of what is now a very well-known and nation-wide Doner Kebab Chain in Spain.

During our 10 years working alongside some of the people we call our best friends, we learned a great deal about Turkish culture and what it took to run a true and authentic Doner Kebab restaurant.

As part of this marvelous adventure, my husband and I eventually opened several of our own successful Doner Kebab restaurants in Madrid, Spain.

When in 2010 we made the choice to move our family to Miami we had to leave our businesses behind. However, our passion for Turkish food and the joy of cooking never ceased.

Unsurprisingly, we were quickly inspired to introduce to Miami something that we couldn’t find anywhere in the city no matter how hard we looked and so dearly missed, a delicious and truly authentic Doner Kebab Sandwich.

With the continued support of our lifelong friend Hidir and many others we made our dream a reality earlier this year with the inauguration of our first restaurant in the United States:

At BDK we believe in bringing people and cultures together. One bite of our star menu item, the Bolu Doner Kebab full of meat, our delicious homemade sauces, all wrapped in warm bread will fill your heart as much as the joy on a customer’s face fills ours.
